Deborah manages the database-analytics and consumer-insight teams. She also oversees customer support operations and strategy; manages the company’s relationships with public television, public radio and podcast constituents and distributors; and heads the media sales and service team, securing national sponsorship of TV and radio programs. Beth Ineson Director, Retail Book Program Beth joined America’s Test Kitchen in March 2014 with a mandate to maximize book sales and marketing in the retail channel. Since then, she has transitioned the company into a partnership with Penguin Random House for retail distribution and is at work coordinating the company’s many internal promotional levers to increase consumer visibility of the book program. Beth has held positions in book sales, marketing, and publicity for more than 20 years at publishers including Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Yale University Press. She is an instructor in the Writing, Literature, and Publishing department at Emerson College and is on the board of advisors of the Southern New Hampshire University MFA program. A former journalist, she has contributed food writing to The Boston Globe. Beth spends her time outside of the office in the kitchen, on the golf course, in the garden, or with her nose in a book. She lives in a fixer-upper by the ocean north of Boston with her husband and the two happiest cats on earth. ×
